While Gail obtained her real estate license some twenty
years ago, she also served in administrative roles
in the manufacturing, and healthcare industries. These
roles allowed her to work with and learn about the
community. As licensed residential contractors, she
and Donald, her husband of 40 years, have a strong
knowledge of the construction industry. In this phase
of life, her favorite role is that of “Nana” to
their four grandchildren. In 2004, Gail and their daughters
Tammy and Connie joined together to provide professional,
courteous and caring service to families of the Middle
Tennessee Region and those looking to relocate to Cookeville
and the
Region.

A Putnam County native, Tammy relocated back to Tennessee
after 8 years in the commercial airline industry. She received
her Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Austin
Peay State University and has over 10 years of management
experience. Tammy and her husband Mark focus their attention
on market research and assisting buyers relocating to the
Middle Tennessee region. They have a son and helper, Spencer.

While Connie’s training and background is in elementary education,
she has extensive experience in sales and marketing and especially enjoys
this aspect of real estate. Having owned and operated a business specializing
in event planning she is very adapt in coordinating property and community
tours and welcomes the opportunity to assist clients in planning their
visits.
Connie and her husband Eric agree that the A+ ranking for Putnam Schools,
the sports programs, cultural activities and the life style in general
